Return/Refund Policy for Rims

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
  • All returns are subject to inspection by our returns specialist.
  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Only unused, undamaged rims are eligible for return.
  • Orders picked up at our distribution centers are eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day.
  • After that time, orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided.
  1. Credit Calculation:
  • Tires: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
  • Wheels: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted.
  • Special Order Items: Not returnable.
  1. Process for Returns:
  • email our customer service at  for a return authorization number.
  • Ensure original strapping is intact.
  • Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit.
  1. Manufacturer’s Warranties:
  • Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty extended to the purchaser.
  • We assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty.
  1. Shipping and Damage Claims:
  • If your shipment arrives damaged or with incorrect items, contact our customer service.
  • Damaged merchandise must be repackaged in the original packing.
  1. Canadian Customers:
  • Duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
